About Our Client:

Our client is a nation wide consumer goods business focused in beauty products based in Bracknell. You'll be getting involved in employee relations cases supporting corporate and stores around the country.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Be confident in advising senior colleagues on HR policy and process queries, referring to the People Advisers and People Manager as required.
  • Advise and support on ER casework, for example, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Assist with the administration and data gathering on HR cyclical processes, such as Appraisal, Pay Review and Promotions.
  • Support the People Team with ad hoc tasks, as required.

The Successful Applicant:

The ideal HR Advisor will have the following skills/ qualities:

  • Demonstrable HR Advisory experience
  • Be comfortable working in a fastpaced professional services or Partnership environment.
  • Be confident in providing HR advice on policies and procedures, employment law and best practice.
  • Have an uptodate knowledge of employment law and its applicability to a professional commercial environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on employee relations cases.
  • Be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Be flexible, able to prioritise high workloads and meet deadlines.
