**Insurance Account Manager
£25,000 - £31,000 basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission
Permanent role
Maidstone
Hybrid role - 3 days work from home / minimum 2 days work from the office (once inducted)
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - hours between 8am and 6pm
Private medical insurance, 23 days holiday increasing by 1 day each year (plus your birthday, opportunity to buy and sell up to 3 days,plus bank holidays), retail discounts, ongoing training and development (paid for by the company with freestudy time), team building events and social committee and quarterly team lunches

Immediate start date**Our client, a market leading outsourced service provider (with a focus on private medical insurance) has recently launched a new division specialising in individual consumers and micro clients of 1-5 employees.

The successful Insurance Account Manager will be providing a full and complete Insurance advisory service to an allocated portfolio of clients, who will be due renewals at various points throughout the year.

Duties for this Insurance Account Manager will include but not be limited to:

Responsible for the management of a mixed portfolio
Obtaining renewal documents from the insurer, speaking to the clients to discuss the clients demands and needs
Negotiating with holding insurers and alternative insurers, making clients aware of switch criteria and implications
Achieving new business sales (mainly from leads from Independent Financial Advisors and client referrals) and actively promoting cross sales
Attending client meetings and insurer events where possible
