The role:

As Head of Content Management, you'd be responsible for the effective planning, delivery and measurement of content activity across the group, and delivering on the team's vision.


This is an exciting opportunity with an emphasis on defining and embedding new ways of working, processes and leading a sizable team through change.

The right person will have a significant amount of experience with both people and process transformation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for setting strategic direction for the content team
  • Leading, inspiring and motivating the Content department
  • Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of key processes utilized by the team and key interfaces to ensure effective delivery of content
  • Design and embed effective frameworks to plan, run and measure content activity across the group
  • Actively identify opportunities to drive our content strategy forward and become innovative
  • Manage content related platforms and tools, ensuring that the technical systems are in place to deliver on the team's vision
  • Responsible for the delivery and quality output of all content work produced within the Content team and the plan for content delivery globally
  • Set team objectives and manage performance against set goals; responsible for all campaign performance
  • Actively look to improve ways of working and find efficiencies in the processes on an ongoing basis

Your experience:


  • Significant experience leading large functions through change and driving department wide transformations
  • History of reviewing and embedding ways of working, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience driving the content strategy and delivery for a large, consumer focussed business
