The Role


As a marketing system owner/coordinator you'll help ensure that we're able to unlock the potential of our marketing project management tool, working with key stakeholders from within our marketing function and across the organization to define the what needs to be changed to effectively use the tool.


This varied and hands-on role will provide the opportunity to build an understanding of how our marketing teams work and what can be done to improve their use of our project management tool.


You'll work alongside our great marketing project management team, supporting stakeholders from across the organization to facilitate the briefing and tracking of requests towards our marketing teams, acting as a key point of contact to ensure what's required is understood and shared with our marketing teams.


_ Day to Day Responsibilities:
_

  • Work closely with our marketing teams to coordinate system on specifically on big ticket items
  • Coordinate additional requests that come from across our organization, managing workflows across those teams to ensure they're up to date
  • Act as a point of contact to support both our marketing teams and wider organization on our marketing project management tool
  • Drive communication around the potential of our marketing project management tool across the organization
  • Deliver training and improve overall awareness of how the tool can be utilized aligned to defined best practices
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify gaps in the system, translating these into potential improvements that can then be developed by our implementation partner
  • Manage the overall operations of the marketing project management tool ensuring it's effective for our organization
  • Manage both the marketing project management tool and coordination of multiple work streams
