Description
Pre-Sales Consultants are critical to our sales process, responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our New Business and Account Management Teams.
- Working with Sales who use MEDDICC as a qualification methodology, you will be responsible for interpreting customers' technical and business requirements, articulating AccessPay's capabilities, designing solutions, and consulting with our inhouse technical teams (Product & Engineering) with the aim of driving customer acquisition and growth
Responsibilities:
To attend meetings/demo's, virtually and face to face, with prospective clients producing a business case/ROI documents and technical designs.
Assume responsibility for running a bid team, collaborating with other departments including GRC, Legal, HR and Finance to manage formal bid processes (RFI to RFP's) in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
Creating and confidently delivering technical presentations internally and externally e.g. internal sales enablement and external events/webinars.Collaborating with Product Management, Professional Services / Implementation & Customer Success Teams to provide prospective customer and existing customer feedback on current services and inputting into the creation of new features or products as part of our product roadmap.
To structure and produce compelling technical input into sales proposals, clearly articulating the value of AccessPay and when responding to a bid assumeInterface with Implementation, Customer Success and Account Management to ensure a smooth transition to live.
Required Skills:
3-5 Years of proven SaaS Pre-Sales experience in a relevant industry (ERP, Finance, Treasury).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisation skills, and methodical approach with good attention to detail and the ability to recognize when to escalate issues.
- Confidence when questioning and presenting technical solutions to customers/prospects/partners / internally and capable of running demonstration processes.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, able to eliminate sales obstacles and solve problems through creative and adaptive approaches.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to develop effective working relationships at a variety of levels internally and work closely with other departments.
