Job Description:

Assistant Sage Controller

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Sage Controller to join a Purchasing department on a permanent, full-time basis, located in the County of Denbighshire.

Working within a dedicated Purchasing team, you will be assisting with the managing of stock and purchasing using the Sage system. This role will also involve placing purchase orders and working with multiple sites to ensure correct deliveries are received.

Salary:

£24,000 per annum
The Role:

Importing of data onto Sage including pricing, bills of materials, etc.
Check and ensure correct costings
Assist with reconciliations of stock on Sage, ensuring accurate records
Goods receipt delivery notes, match notes from sites
Liaise with multiple sites on upcoming deliveries
Assist with stock checks and place purchase orders
Relevant background with Sage is beneficial
Experience in Purchasing/Operations is desired
Excellent communication and IT skills
