Drainage CCTV Administrator


Are you ready to join the UK's biggest independent drainage specialist?
As mentioned this is a trainee role so we don't expect you to know everything
- your initial role will consist of Admin tasks that will help give you an understanding of the business and systems we use to carry out the role.


The Job

  • A CCTV Engineer will use a camera to record a drain to help identify defects or debris. This footage is uploaded for the CCTV Admin team to analyse and review in order to see the work needed
  • The data will be downloaded directly from the site engineer then checked and edited against a clearly defined uniform standard in drainage
  • Using this data you will then produce reports and create drainage plans that will be sent back to the Site Engineers for work to be carried out

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.


Training:


You will receive full training from the CCTV Team Manager and CCTV team to cover all aspects of the role.


You will be shown how to use the Wincan software to produce reports based on the CCTV footage as well as other internal software.


You will be provided with a Manual of Sewer Condition Classification Book that assist with the training and information needed to work to the correct standard.


About you:


Excellent communication and organisational skills, Previous Wincan experience is desirable but not essential, however a willingness to learn and ability to use a PC to a high standard is a must.

You must be able to work in a process driven and very methodical role. An eye for detail as well as concentration is crucial.
