We are looking for a team member to join our Customer Umbrella as a Customer Care Advisor.

The Job:


Working within the Customer Umbrella you will be working with our Customer Care team who are responsible and the first point of call for any customers/ clients to contact when they have a query.

The Customer Care team provide service to all our customers across our depot networks so we are looking for someone who is resilient, a problem solver with a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities;

  • Dealing with complaints across all the depot network
  • Logging calls and complaints on our internal system
  • Investigating the complaints in order to make the correct response/decision.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our Regional and Depot Managers.

About you:

The department are looking for a trustworthy team member who is friendly and approachable.

You must have Microsoft skills who can input information whilst listening to the call requirements.

37.5 Hours of Work Monday to Friday
