Legal Secretary Vacancy - Chester

About the Role
As a Legal Secretary in you will need to:

  • Provide partners, solicitors and consultants with a high standard of secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Carry out general team administration including photocopying, filing and scanning
  • Handle telephone enquiries and direct accordingly
  • Manage fee earner diaries
Experience of working in a legal environment is desirable but not essential. You will also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You also will require dictation experience.


You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.


You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

This position is a full time position based at our
Chester office.
