Commercial Litigation Partner Role West End Boutique London My client a West End Boutique Commercial Law firm are recruiting into their litigation team.

They have lovely offices in a superb location and a fantastic working atmosphere, a bit more relaxedand friendly in the office whilst maintaining an outwardly tougher image in terms of winning their cases.

They are looking for a technically strong commercial litigator to take on a partner's caseload of commercial litigation 75% and property litigation 25%.Youwill have experience in commercial litigation such as contract disputes, shareholder and partner disputes and also have gained some experience in property litigation matters such as landlord and tenant, and enfranchisement.

The firm are extremely well knownfor their commercial and litigation work; attracting much of their work through word of mouth - as specialists in this area this post will be ideal for an energetic and highly personable litigator with a clear focus.

Work that fee earners are able to do atthe firm can range from matters of £300 million to 64 million - there is a very exciting range of high value work and a wide range of caseload available.

The partners at the firm are a friendly bunch and happy to discuss a progression opportunity at length.
Team fit and personality are of highest importance as the litigation team work closely together.

There will be great support should you need it - you would potentially be looking at a junior solicitor assisting you right from the start.

Salary package and benefitsby far outweigh their competitors and will not be an issue for the right individual.
