In fact, emerging jurisdictions often engage Dentons to assist in the development of banking and finance legislative frameworks.We are seeking a Mid/Senior level lawyer who will be working on a range of loans products across many varied clients within our General Bank/Fund Lending and Restructuring group, including general corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, specialist and structured finance and corporate debt restructurings and workouts, advising both borrower and lender side.
Experience in investment grade, crossover, and/or leveraged corporate lending (syndicated, bilateral, unitranche, and/or club facilities) acting borrower and/or lender side, and/or experience in related loans products and sectors - real estate finance, infrastructure finance, ABL/receivables finance.
IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Financial and business awareness.
