About the Role

  • Partnering with clients to identify areas of improvement and innovation
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the service lifestyle to grasp the complete journey from concept to deployment
  • Capturing and managing requirements, presenting options, priorities, and business decision points
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of existing services and ongoing projects

About You

  • Background in Service Design, Operations, or Delivery, with curiosity for design, architecture, and consultancy
  • Familiar with key frameworks and standards (ITIL, ISO 2000, COBIT, TOGAF, IT4IT, & SIAM models)
  • Strong business acumen, capable of aligning service designs with client strategic objectives

Overview- Service Designer, Architect Consultant

  • UK country wide, must be willing to travel
- £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Due to the nature of work undertaken by our client, incumbents of these positions are required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK Security Vetting to SC Level.
