I am working with a reputable and well-known organisation who are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join their team.

This role is a maternity cover and will be for a period of 18 months (potential to go perm) You will be working as part of a wider recruitment team, recruiting commercial roles within the organisation.


More about the role:


  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Management of all job adverts and job posting
  • Supporting employer branding activity by regularly using social media channels
  • Building and managing an effective talent pool
  • Negotiating fees and processing invoices
  • Supporting with the management of the content on the careers page

What you need:


  • A minimum of 612 months in a recruitment role (agency or internal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Team player but can manage own workload
  • Someone who is client service focused
