Work in Manchester for an international company as a Customer Service Representative in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry, who have continued to thrive during a pandemic and who offer a stable working environment within a small team


Description

Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
  • Process and tracking orders; keeping customers updated
  • Manage delivery dates
  • Keep accurate customer records
  • Prepare management reports as required

Profile

  • Ideally B2B Customer Service experience from a logistics/supply chain background
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Organised and able to prioritise
