Description
Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
- Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
- Process and tracking orders; keeping customers updated
- Manage delivery dates
- Keep accurate customer records
- Prepare management reports as required
Profile
- Ideally B2B Customer Service experience from a logistics/supply chain background
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
- Excellent IT skills including Excel
- Confident telephone manner
- Organised and able to prioritise
