Junior-Mid Business Analyst

Tasks:

Work on client projects/engagements with Business and IT stakeholders to understand and define requirements and translate these into functional designs and detailed strategic roadmaps
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions and the delivery of IT solutions and projects
Assist with the definition of client business and IT strategies, covering several topics across the Multichannel and eCommerce domain
Support the Development team during implementation in clarification requirements and revalidation of development increments
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure completeness, precision and accuracy during testing cycles
Produce weekly reports for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
Provide the link between the customer, development team and any thirdparty regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications:

A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) is required in Business Management, Computer Science, or in a Technology/Businessrelated field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Facilitation, Interviewing, Negotiation and Influencing
Presentation skills ability to prepare material for a presentation and deliver it in a concise, structured and accessible manner
Understanding of highlevel concepts in eCommerce and Customer Experience
Exp erience or exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies as well as Confluence and Jira
Previous experience with an eCommerce platform is beneficial, ideally pharma or airline experience
