About our client
Our client is a leading, independent asset manager focused on private debt and direct lending to European mid-market companies.

They have seen exponential growth in recent years and are now looking to add an Analyst / Associate to their Investor Relations team.

In this role, you will work across all aspects of IR, from updating existing clients to supporting capital raising efforts and responding to RFPs and DDQs.

You'll develop a deep understanding of the private debt industry and launch your career in investorrelations, learning from some of the best professionals in the industry.

What the job involves:


  • Responsible for supporting sales, relationship management and client service efforts through coordinating and preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses
  • Responsible for drafting, editing and publishing electronic and print content for a variety of marketing and business development initiatives
  • Maintain standard content in the internal DDQ database
  • Plan, coordinate, and host Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) meetings with external LPs
  • Partner across teams to craft compelling, accurate responses with consistent messaging that is aligned to the broader business strategy

Who we are looking for:


  • Educated to degree level with relevant financial services experience
  • Significant experience in responding to RFPs and DDQs in the investment management industry
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • You will enjoy developing concise and eloquent written messages and have the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • Keen interest in private markets prior credit / debt experience would be a plus
  • A hard worker who can take ownership of their output whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
