Arcflex are a leading design and manufacturing company based in Staffordshire in the West Midlands, and are the UK branch of Rattay Group, a cluster of associated companies located throughout Europe.

We are currently looking for an experienced
Production Operative to join our team, and assist with the continued growth of the business.

Shifts are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30am to 2pm, 5 days a week, however we are looking for a degree of flexibility as different shifts may be introduced in the near future to meet customer demand.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

Assembly production and warehouse experience.
Use of hand tools and measuring equipment.
Have a good understanding of imperial and metric measurements.
Material Handlers.
Quality control experience.
Experience of parts picking
Preparing and assembling steel components.
Able to read and interpret simple engineering drawings (not essential).
Be responsible for the tidiness and control of your own working area.
Using hand held scanners to record work completed.

Job Type

Fulltime, Permanent.
40 hours per week.
