Arcflex are a leading design and manufacturing company based in Staffordshire, and are the UK branch of Rattay Group, a cluster of associated companies located throughout Europe.

Arcflex are a recognised manufacturer of Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose and Braid, Bellows and Pipe Fabrication.

We specialise in the design and manufacture of expansions bellows and complete piping systems for various industries including aerospace, nuclear, military, power generation, automotive, etc.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for all employees regarding HR related matters and coordinate managementemployee communication
Liaise with management and thirdparty HR partner/advisor to develop and implement sustainable solutions

Day to day tasks will include:

Maintaining employee records and information (e.g. holiday, sickness, training)
Manage payroll, recruitment and onboarding processes
Conduct employee reviews and disciplinaries
Support Health & Safety and staff wellbeing
Assist with general office administration duties to support the team
Working closely with management

Required Experience & Qualification

Minimum 23 years' experience in a similar or related role
Good understanding of employment regulations and HR practices (preferable within the manufacturing industry)
Proficient with the Bright HR system or similar Human Resources system and willingness to learn the use of Bright HR
HNC or completed apprenticeship in Human Resources and preferable CIPD certified (preferred but not essential)
