Our client based just near Burgess Hill train station is looking to recruit Customer Service Agent. Taking inbound calls from customers in a busy call centre and responding to customer requirements and queries. Using the in-house CRM systems to respond to these queries, making bookings and up selling if applicable. Working with high-profile clients and upselling products when applicable as well.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer inquiries
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested

Requirements:

Attention to detail
Computer literate
Good listening skills
Ability to follow processes
Ability to work under pressure desirable
Background in providing customer service desirable
Must be available to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis
