About the Role:


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Responsibilities include:

  • The In-House
    Full Life-Cycle Technical Recruiter will initially report to HR Director and work in close collaboration with hiring managers and colleagues across corporate, technology, and brand strategy functions.

The essence of this role is to:
Partner with Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions - Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions.

  • Hire for assigned positions primarily in technologyrelated functions.
  • Manage a talent acquisition process from role creation through hiring for assigned positions.
  • Maintain accurate talent acquisitionrelated data and information in an applicant tracking system (and/or) other HR tech platforms.
  • Achieve the hiring plan and KPIs as assigned.
  • Represent TAE Power Solutions at talent acquisition related external events and forums.
  • Work with hiring managers to proactively identify hiring and training needs.
  • Lead weekly recruitment update meeting.
  • Create job postings that are articulate and professional and post these jobs to online sources.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Adhere to the proper policies and procedures of the full hiring life cycle.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategy for open positions.
  • Develop a working relationship with technical schools, colleges, and universities to aid in recruiting.
  • Create job descriptions, while partnering with Internal Hiring Manager's and HR.
  • Maintain records that pertain to company requirements and job responsibilities.
  • Provide relevant reports when needed.

Required Education & Experience:


  • Qualifications for Position:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong people skills and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Comfortable speaking to large and small groups.
  • MS Office suite proficiency.
  • Consults with managers to learn of job requirements, reviews job descriptions and handles appropriate updates.
  • Thinks broadly to identify pools of talent for various positions.
  • Experience managing a high volume requisition load in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong people skills and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 6 years of recruiting experience.
  • Primary experience recruiting for roles in automotive engineering, industrial engineering, Quality, Health & Safety, Manufacturing, data engineering, corporate IT and other technical functions preferred.
  • Preferably 12 years working for a Startup environment.
  • Proven interviewing skills and excellent organization and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must have experience in ATS, Green House, Jobvite, Taleo, Workable or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, timemanagement, and organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, collaborative orientation, enthusiastic attitude, growth mindset and ability to work well across departments and strengthen company culture through effective collaboration.
  • Passion for renewable and green energy domain and allelectric vehicles, Stationary Grid and R&D environment.
  • Ability to work well across departments and strengthen company culture through effective collaboration.

Other Features of job

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • This role is based at our Head Office at Birmingham Business Park, 4 days a week Monday to Thursday.
  • Travel occasionally.
