We are currently recruiting for an instantly recognisable, global leading, luxury hair care brand. As a company they own several iconic brands, and their products are sold in over 100 different countries. This role exists to support and assist both the SalesDirector and the Field based teams in their day-to-day operations.

**Role
**The Commercial Administrator acts as a point of contact for the field teams, providing support and assistance, managing the communication to and from the Sales channel to give assistance on systems, process, logistics and product information. In additionto providing administrative support to projects and continuously improve projects.


You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a field-based sales team including planning and arranging sales meetings.

- producing daily reports and statistics
- providing support during periods of absence
- attending stock and sales events
- managing the sales team fleet
- assist with the booking system for a specialist team.
- collating commission and pricing information
- managing promotions and discounts
- updating the company's stockist locator website
- promoting a culture of creativity and excellence within the company values.

  • Have advances Maths skills with excel skills, with a proficiency for analysing numbers and providing accurate feedback.
  • Be UK based with the ability to travel to UK/ROI without restrictions.
  • Be experienced with using a CRM System
  • Be able to work under pressure within deadlines.
  • Be selfmotivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
  • Act with transparency and integrity

Package:


Basic Salary:
£30,000.00
