Proclinical are recruiting for an eLearning Instructional Designer (L&D) to join a pharmaceutical organisation.
This role is on a contract basis and is located in Chester with the ability to work on a hybrid basis.
Please ensure that you are eligible for working in the location without any sponsorship or relocation assistance.Responsibilities:
- You will stay notified about developing trends and technologies in eLearning to develop the quality and pertinence of digital learning content.
- Collaborate with international shareholders to localise and adapt eLearning content for various regions and languages.
- Work alongside SMEs. Instructional designers and multimedia specialists to design and develop interactive eLearning content.
- Responsible for designing and storyboarding eLearning courses, combining multimedia elements, for example: videos, animations and simulations.
- Guarantee that eLearning content complies with regulatory standards and industry regulations for pharmaceutical education.
- Uphold project documentation, timelines and deliverables to guarantee successful accomplishment of projects.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a pertinent field.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Demonstrable experience in eLearning instructional design, ideally in a pharmaceutical or healthcare organisation.
- Competent in eLearning writing tools, for example: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or a similar software.
- Comprehension of instructional design theories and strategies, with the capacity to implement them efficiently in an eLearning context.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Works well with others in a team setting.
- An organised individual with a high attention to detail.
- Capable of working on various projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
- Prior involvement with regulatory needs for pharmaceutical education and compliance training would be ideal.
- Demonstrable experience in learning management systems and CORM standards would be advantageous.
