The Professional Services team consists of the Teaching and Learning Administrator, two Senior Teaching and Learning Administrators and a Department Manager.

We provide a wide range of administrative support in order to make UCL a great place to work and study.

We are a friendly, supportive and collaborative team that makes a tangible contribution to departmental strategy and decision-making.


About the role:


The Teaching and Learning Administrator primarily supports the administration of our undergraduate programmes, including processes around timetabling, module selection and assessment.

The postholder will regularly use UCL systems such as Portico, Moodle, RegisterUCL, AssessmentUCL, and CMIS to efficiently support the delivery of our teaching.

The role requires a minimum of 60% on site working during term time in order to deal with student enquiries in-person.


About you:


You will already be familiar with UCL systems and procedures, perhaps looking to gain experience in a department where you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for distinct processes and work independently to proactively develop new skills.


You will always prioritise student experience and deal with both in-person and online enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
