Exciting Opportunity to Join Harrods' Thames Valley Distribution Centre

Position: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Thatcham, BerkshirePartnership: The Best Connection and Harrods

Job Description: Join our team of Warehouse Operatives in a dynamic environment supporting Harrods' flagship store in Knightsbridge, along with their online orders and boutique outlets.

Shift Schedule:

• Week 1:
• Week 2:
• Weekend work required on alternate weekends

Pay Rates:

• £11.58 per hour (up to 37.5 hours)
• £17.37 per hour (between 37.5 to 45 hours)
• £23.16 per hour (for over 6 full shifts, working the 7th day, and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate goods checking and storage
• Efficient picking of customer orders using handheld devices
• Providing support to team members, including product replenishment
• Strict adherence to health and safety protocols
• Strong teamwork and initiative
• Maintaining warehouse and workstations cleanliness
• Following daily tasks assigned by team leaders or department managers
