Advertising Executive - London, United Kingdom - CCHQ CONSERVATIVE CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS
Description
The Conservative Party is looking for an Advertising Executive to join our Digital team based in London. As an advertising executive, you'll play a major role in promoting and strengthening the Conservatives brand online. Reporting into the Deputy Digital Director you'll organise and run marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
They will be part of the most exciting team working in politics this side of the Atlantic - and their work will touch millions of people every day.
Your responsibilities
- Create and execute social media advertising campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules.
- Reporting into the Deputy Digital Director, collaborate with teams across the Party to ensure brand consistency.
- Work closely with insights managers to reach target audiences and grow our online presence with new audiences.
- Research and monitor competitor activities.
- Create and distribute engaging written content or graphic content in the form of social media messages, enewsletters, search engines, web pages, etc.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- 12 years' experience with social media advertising
- Proficiency in relevant social media channels — such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
- Being up to date with latest marketing trends.
- Ability to anticipate problems and quickly solve them.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable
- Experience working within politics.
