    BDM/Sales/Business Development / Sales Exec - Windows/Doors/Glazing

    The Company

    My client are a well-established manufacturer of aluminium bifold doors and windows.


    They work primarily in the trade sector, selling to installers and fabricators of aluminium doors and windows operating in the residential market.

    The Role - BDM / Sales

    This role can be remote, with visits to clients in Wales & West Midlands.

    Your client locations to focus on will range from *LL - CF - NN* postcode areas.


    The BDM/Sales professional will be responsible for developing new business relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth to achieve the company's revenue and profit targets.

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales or consultative sales and extensive experience in the windows/door industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and executing a business development strategy to meet sales targets
    • Identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing new business
    • Building a strong pipeline of prospects through networking and lead generation activities
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to leverage those insights and help inform company strategy

    Essential:

    • Proven experience in business development, consultative sales, or related field
    • Familiarity with the windows/ doors/ glazing industry
    • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

    Salary:


    Basic salary would be £30,000 + travel allowances and commissions, with an OTE of £50,000 - £80,000 depending on performance.
