About Our Client:
Page Personnel are represent a Not for Profit Organisation based in Lutterworth.
The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator are to;
- To undertake the administration, e.g. leave procedures, flexi, starters, leavers and attendance, ensuring work is carried out in a timely manner, communicating with other departments to ensure all systems are kept accurate, policies and procedures are adhered to and managers are supported and guided appropriately.
- To work with the finance & relevant third parties, ensuring that all payroll related changes are processed in a timely and accurate format to ensure the smooth processing of the organisation's payroll within a robust auditing framework.
- To undertake recruitment administration, supporting managers to ensure that recruitment processes and documentation are progressed in an efficient and timely manner.
- To undertake administration relating to learning and development, liaising with internal contacts and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and timely process is followed.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Administrator will have;
- Experience in a HR administration role, including recruitment administration
- Experience of using HR Systems
- High level of computer literacy skills across different systems such as Microsoft 36
- Competent in data collation, reporting and analysing
- High attention to detail resulting in an excellent degree of accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication, adapting to audience
- Organising and prioritising own workloads in order to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline
