Here's what your day will look like:
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of prelitigated and litigated motor claims, including highvalue and complex matters, from inception to settlement.
- Strategize and identify cases for early litigation with high prospects of success and mínimal risk.
- Champion service excellence by consistently delivering high levels of service and productivity.
- Collaborate and innovate with colleagues to enhance our firm's reputation for outstanding client care.
- Ensure precision in data management and uphold the integrity of our case records.
- Engage and empathize with clients, providing them with a reassuring and professional experience.
- Inspire and mentor your peers, sharing your expertise and serving as a technical beacon within the team.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven expertise in ULR RTA handling and full claim cycle management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of your work.
- Master negotiator, turning challenging situations into favorable outcomes.
- Effective communicator, articulating complex information with clarity.
- Organizational maestro, juggling multiple priorities with finesse.
- Mentorship and leadership abilities, guiding new starters towards excellence.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in litigation claims handling.
- Knowledge of Loss of Use/Loss of Standing Charge.
- A track record of mentoring and uplifting junior team members.
