This is an excellent career opportunity for a senior transformation and improvement specialist who wants to be involved at the outset of significant change, developing and harnessing new approaches that support organisational change and increase efficiency whilst improving value to our customers for a Future New Forest.
About you:
You will be an ideas person, who can suggest innovative solutions and identifying and delivering opportunities for improvement.
As a team player you will have a collaborative and engaging approach, working with and understanding others to deliver the best outcomes in line with our transformation objectives.
You will be committed to the highest standards in project delivery, a highly motivated positive person with strong analytical and decision-making skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
You will proven experience of building strong and effective relationships across departments and within the programme team to enable buy in with a collaborative and engaging approach to the delivery of improved service outcomes and a culture of continuous improvement.
The role:
You will assist in the strategic development of corporate projects, leading and managing specific projects aimed at improving and reshaping business processes, challenging what we do and where necessary drawing up business cases, and ensuring benefits are clearly identified and realised.
The role will be dynamic and varied, working with teams across the organisation on a range of significant change projects.
