Fitter

£24,000 to £27,000 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch

25 days holiday and christmas shut down

Oxfordshire

Uniform provided
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitter to join this friendly growing business due to growth.

This role would be ideal for someone experienced within the construction industry or someone with the right professional attitude wanting to start their career within an industry contributing to helping the environment.

Your responsibilities will include attending sites to undertake Installations, providing a high-quality service and a pleasant experience for the customer.

You will liaise with customers and other members of staff, updating the necessary team members daily, to ensure customers can be updated in a timely manner, therefore great communication is essential.

Please note, due to the nature of this role:

  • You will need to have a full, clean driving licence as you may be driving to sites to work (company vehicle provided if required)
  • You will need to be over the age of 21 for vehicle insurance purposes
  • You will need to have a certain element of physical fitness to do the job in hand
  • You will need to be okay with heights
  • DBS check will be required

The ideal fitter will have the following:

  • A can-do attitude
  • A team player
  • Basic IT skills, you will be required to complete method statements and risk assessments so attention to detail skills required
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Solutions focused
  • Be able to take instructions from others

£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
