Citizens Advice Hart is looking for a part-time Advice Session Supervisor to work with other Advice Session Supervisors, responsible for day-to-day supervision and development of the advice team of volunteers to deliver a high quality, confidential, independent and impartial advice service using all channels to help clients.

We are willing to consider someone new to the role to be trained or an experienced supervisor keen to take a lead role with progression opportunities.

You may be a generalist adviser currently and keen to progress to be a supervisor. We welcome any interest in the role with the right skills and attitude to learn.

We are a growing team of 10 staff and 45 volunteers based in our Fleet office. We offer flexibility with working patterns and hybrid working where required.

We have been successful with recruitment of more volunteers and need support to enable progression to deliver quality advice with excellent supervision.
