- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Go.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality and standards.
- Mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Go (Golang) in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with message broker systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
