Description
Looking for an experienced BA with strong FCA reg delivery experience, particularly with experience in Consumer Duty.- Working in relevant Business Analyst roles within the banking sector.
- Experience working on FCA's consumer duty
- Ability to provide oversight and instill best practices with regards to regulatory delivery
- Proven experience in solving complex issues and a high ability to remove barriers.
- Experience working on all phases of the IT systems development life cycle, including an Agile methodology
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address different audiences with the right level of complexity and refinement.
- Proactive, delivery focused with a handson, cando attitude
- Motivated selfstarter
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and problemsolving skills and demonstrate the ability to think creatively and independently to solve problems and complete projects
- Good facilitation and influencing skills able to work with large groups (of varying levels of seniority from user to board level)
