Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
7+ years experience, preferably in brokering area
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Responsibilities
The Head of client relations is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, as well as overseeing the client relations team.
Will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, and willbe responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Also, be responsible for managing the client relations team, and will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectivesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing them with regular updates on company progress, new initiatives, and areas of potential partnership
Develop and execute account plans that identify opportunities to grow revenue and deepen client engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional experience to clients throughout the customer lifecycle
Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, in collaboration with legal counsel
Manage invoicing and collections for assigned accounts, ensuring timely payment according to agreed-upon terms
Generate reports on account performance and activity, highlighting areas of opportunity or concern
