I am working with a fantastic school in SW London who are looking for LSAs to join them ASAP until the end of the school year on a temporary basis.

Please note, the role may include some personal care so experience with this is desirable.

  • Be Flexible, resourceful and well organised

- be a team player
- have a good attendance and punctuality record.


The role will include:

  • Work with teachers and support staff to provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn both individually and in small groups.
  • Monitor and record impact of interventions including short term achievable targets for priority areas of learning.
  • Supporting and supervising the use of the equipment specific to child's needs.
  • Ensure that students have opportunities to develop their skills as an independent learner.
  • Facilitate between parents, school and outside agencies working with the child, ensuring there is effective communication and continuity in approach.
  • Support students in and out of lessons (KS3, KS4 and KS5)
  • Good ICT skills
The school will be holding trial days for this role so we will need to fully clear you, therefore you must have:

  • A DBS on the update service or willing to get one
  • Overseas police checks if you have lived outside of the UK in the last 10 years
  • Right to work and residency in the UK. School cannot sponsor for this role.
