About the Business Division:


Since our inception in 2013, Remedium have championed the recruitment of permanent healthcare professionals, supporting our clients to drive more efficient and consistent patient-led care, address future healthcare workforce staffing demands and reduce excessive agency locum spend.

Overall Job Responsibility:

  • To assist our Remedium Partners with finding excellent nurses to staff the NHS on a permanent basis.
  • Create recruiting strategies and build relationships.

MAIN DUTIES:


  • Develop logistics and methodologies for nurse recruiter functions.
  • Identify, screen and hire nursing talent for hospital clients.
  • Complete preselection screening processes and document.
  • Maintain a database of new nursing talent with referrals.
  • Conduct campus recruitment drives to hire prospective nurses.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot problems arising in recruiting and hiring nurses.
  • Attend, conduct and organise projects, recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Promote employment opportunities in nursing profession through recruitment drives.
  • Champion the Remedium values.
  • Complete the Company's performance development review as required.
- (For Senior postholder - mentor and manage a team of Consultants).


Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of Nursing recruitment market.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Confident with speaking on the phone.
  • Have good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Be able to cope with pressure and a fastpaced environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable with a mature personality.
  • Have the ability to prioritise.
  • Be a team player.
  • Highly motivated and always striving for the best.
  • Have a great attention to detail.
  • Degree in human resources, psychology or a healthcare is advantageous.
  • For senior role experience of managing a team would be advantageous.
