A Customer Services Assistant is required at Lord Hardy Court Residential Home on a permanent basis, working 15 hours per week.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday.


Lord Hardy Court provides care to 60 older people, with a range of individual needs, and Mental Health problems including Dementia.

The home also provides Respite, IMC Step-up Step-down services to the community and joint working with the NHS.


You will possess:

  • NQF Level 2 qualification e.g. GCSEs Grades 49, NVQs Level 2, GNVQs Intermediate, City and Guilds Craft or Part 2,
Or

Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience though training is available in-house and through the council's own programmes.


Customer service staff are expected to contribute to the provision of a comfortable, stimulating homely environment, that meets CQC Fundamental l Standards of Care, maintain Health and Safety and Dignity in Care Principles.


Customer Service staff are also expected to contribute and develop a customer focused service that is responsive and flexible regarding all customer needs.


Duties include dealing with basic customer enquiries from both residents, visitors, and contractor, dealing with face-to-face enquiries and those received via telephone.
