Our client, based in Redditch, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Partnering with specific business areas and functions at all levels
- Managing employee relations to ensure legislative compliance and best practice
- Developing and implementing initiatives to drive retention and engagement strategies, covering Health and Wellbeing and EDI
- Coaching managers to support their development in capability and behaviours in alignment with company vision and values
- Supporting the development of a Reward and Recognition proposition
- Work with Senior Leadership teams to embed a highperformance culture within the organisation
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- CIPD qualified
- Extensive ER and organisational development experience
- Experience of leading and delivering projects
- Results driven, with credible judgement and decision making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday
- Friday 9am5pm
