A Top Tier, Defendant law firm with a leading national healthcare team is currently seeking a Healthcare Advisory Solicitor to join their team in their Leeds office.

The advisory division helps health and social care clients across a wide range of issues


Litigation:
including Court of Protection, judicial review and mental health tribunal matters
Inquests – case preparation and advocacy

Public law, advising commissioning and service provider organisations on governance, powers and responsibilities, as well as funding and treatment decision making.

Mental Health and Mental Capacity law, including Deprivation of Liberty, funding and treatment decision making
CQC and Healthcare regulation
Information law

The successful candidate will be expected to be an advisory solicitor, preferably within a leading healthcare law practice, with demonstrable experience.
