    *Graduate Recruitment Consultant*

    • Location: York*
    • Base Wage: £24,000*
    Our client is actively seeking Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their rapidly growing team in York. They are a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial Search firm focused on recruiting Senior and Executive talent within the Automotive Technology sector. Their clients include some of the top global suppliers of Automotive Technology, and they recruit across Europe, Asia, and the USA for expert talent within Electric Mobility and Autonomous Driving.
    • Responsibilities:*
    • Assist high-level candidates in finding exceptional opportunities on a global scale.
    • Source and qualify candidates for roles within the niche areas of Automotive Technology.
    • Conduct telephone and video interviews.
    • Network and establish contacts among potential clients and candidates.
    • Review CVs, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates for roles.
    • Produce job adverts for relevant platforms.
    • Book and arrange quarterly international meetings with potential new prospects.
    • Build relationships with new clients and candidates across the globe, including in the United States, Germany, France, Asia, etc.
    • Rewards & Incentives:*
    • Employees who achieve their targets are rewarded with various incentives, including four trips a year (past destinations include skiing and Mykonos), breakfast and lunch clubs, and vouchers.
    • Commission Scheme:*
    • Zero threshold and uncapped for 360 consultants.
    • Exceptional contributors to business development may be offered shares.
    • Their 3 big goals for this year include:*
    • Achieving a 50% increase in annual revenue.
    • Hiring 15 new team members.
    • Opening a new office in Switzerland, Germany, or Michigan.
    • Qualifications & Skills:*
    • Previous 360 recruitment experience is preferred.
