We are seeking to appoint an individual who:

Has experience of supporting individual needs and understands how students learn
Has an enthusiasm for coaching and nurturing
Has experience of working with small groups and providing 1:1 support (desirable)
Is able to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs and priorities of the academy
Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for students
Is proficient with the use of IT to support learning
Is willing to promote academy ethos and support our extracurricular programmes
