The Role
Sinclair are currently recruiting for Head of Injectables at their London office.


The Head of Injectables
will be the strategic driver of the Sinclair injectables portfolio (MaiLi, Perfectha, Sihouette, Lanluma and Ellanse), with responsibility for establishing the strategy, positioning and messaging platforms to set up the portfolio for growth and long-term global success.

The Head of Injectables will be a
medical aesthetics marketing expert and will bring a global perspective and consistency to the portfolio, ensuring that each has a clearly defined and differentiated place within the market.

The Head of Injectables
will lead and inspire the Global Brand Managers and guide all aspects of New Product Development (NPD), drive product launches, development of marketing and training materials and drive competitive differentiation and alignment across regions. The Head of Injectables
will work with the heads of Energy Based Devices (EBD), Digital, Training/KOL, and E-Learning to ensure success across all Sinclair promotional and educational platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Global Brand Manager team, ensuring that focus is on excellence in delivery and providing opportunities for constant learning and development
  • Establish global strategic positioning, messaging and branding for all Sinclair injectables
  • Develop endtoend NPD plans, working with cross functional teams on concept to delivery.
  • Ensure each brand within the portfolio is positioned to propel growth for each individual brand.
  • Liaise with local marketing leads to understand regional market dynamics, and to oversee effective implementation.
  • Partner with R&D and Regulatory on lifecycle management projects
  • Conduct ongoing market assessments to stay ahead of trends, track changes in dynamics, competitive activity, publications and other clinical or scientific papers across regions
  • Develop ongoing relationships with KOLs and other Scientific Advisors
  • Manage brand budgets.
  • Support markets in launch planning, preparation and execution, determining most appropriate commercialization path
  • Must be globally minded with a true interest and determination to develop keen understanding of global markets; this will require regular visits to local markets

Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years in strategic abovecountry roles within medical aesthetics, with team management experience
  • Prior experience in medical aesthetics is essential. Prior experience in aesthetic injectables (device and/or drugs) is preferred.
  • Proven rigor and clarity in brand positioning and messaging platforms
  • Successful execution and implementation in global markets
  • Understanding medical device / pharma compliance standards
  • Strategic vision for longterm growth, including lifecycle management, business development and commercial investment opportunities
  • Ability to partner with Regional marketing leads and Global Marketing peers to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience of leading a high performing team
  • Experience marketing across multiple diverse markets; ideally across multiple regions, but if within region must span countries with diverse cultures, variety of regulatory and promotional guidelines, indications, competitive sets, etc.
  • Strong strategic experience, including product positioning, creating messaging platforms, establishing differentiation within class vs competitors and vs other products within company portfolio
