Sinclair are currently recruiting for an Administrator at their London office to join their Training team. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the implementation and tactics of educational programs, both internal and external. The Administrator will be the main contact for events, KOL management and budget support.Hours of work: 37 hours Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 at home
Location: 30-32 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 2RQ

The Role
- Collaborate with the training team by collecting project needs and specifications at the international level
- Marketing Material Management: Coordinating the creation of marketing tools (brochure, flyer, goodies) with the regulatory team and communication agencies, execution of global and regional orders, print process follow up, stock optimisation management
- Provide marketing and administrative support (budget management, purchase order management, invoice, order marketing materials, update marketing information).
- Provide monthly budget reconciliation for each brand budget
- Manage the logistics of KOL (key option leader) for workshops, congresses, meetings etc.
- Maintain and update effective selling tools: Agency follow up, brief to the agency on the new updated content, budget management, management of testing and golive, market rollout and tracking
Support partnerships to establish centers of excellence and training

Support healthcare professional's certification

Support coordination of online training programs

Support the commercial teams' certification

Support the educational activities related to conferences and scientific events

Support Advisory boards and focus groups

Follow up and record the provided trainings
- Work with digital and brand teams to support premium brand identity for Sinclair Training
- Expertise in Sinclair College and other related training resources to guide delivery of assets in a timely manner
Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?
Essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Completion of university level degree, preferably within business or medical categories
- Customer oriented, sense of service, good interpersonal skills
Ability to travel when required
Desirable
