Description
Operations Executive required by a Specialist, Tailormade Ski and Sports Travel Company based in Brighton. You will be a key person in the business providing operational support to clients, colleagues and suppliers. Salary £22K-£26K dependent upon experience. Really sociable friendly team and fantastic perks


Operations Executive Responsibilities:

  • Processing bookings for clients
  • Booking ground arrangements, car hire, transfers, etc
  • Giving clients advice on all extras such as ski lift passes, equipment hire, activities
  • Dealing with changes to bookings
  • Manage the flight bookings and schedule changes
  • Coordinating client documentation
  • Ad hoc tasks such as blog writing and price loading
Operations Executive Requirements

  • Experience working in an office in an administrative/operational role
  • Confidence speaking to clients and suppliers on the phone
  • Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge and experience of skiing from personal experience would be beneficial
