My client is a large, well-known Charity in London with diverse and complex income streams, known for progressing the careers of strong finance professionals in all parts of the finance function.

Owing to internal progression, they are now recruiting foran Interim Junior Finance Business Partner on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract with key responsibilities including:

Owning the relationship between finance and a diverse series of budget holders in a particular directorate with a multimillionpound budget
Owning the monthly management accounts cycle, including all month end duties such as accruals, prepayments, and journals
Supporting budget holders by helping prepare budgets and forecasts, as well as working closely with Planning and Analysis colleagues in producing variance analysis and commentaries
Ensure an excellent service from finance is delivered to internal customers, acting as the "critical friend" to nonfinance stakeholders.

The role is based in an easily accessible and attractive London office, with the requirement to work up to a maximum of twice per week in the office.

To be considered, applicants should:

Be at least partly qualified as an accountant (CCAB or equivalent)
Hold a strong management accounts background, ideally in the Charity sector, though those with experience in complex and sizable commercial organisations should also apply
Be an excellent communicator, relationship builder, with a commitment to developing their career rapidly.
