This role is working for a leading financial services company that operates throughout the UK is looking to recruit a number of experienced Customer Service Advisors.
The business is growing significantly due to major contract wins and offers a highly competitive salary, bonuses and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls from clients/customers with the objective of finding the best fit solutions to queries.
- Managing a portfolio of customers
- Assessing financial Information
- Delivering solutions
- PC Literate
- Great communication skills
