- Relevant experience working as a Tutor with a specialism in either English, Maths or Science.
- Knowledge of the secondary school curriculum and an understanding of teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and work with a diverse range of students.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to understand and support students' individual needs.
