- Leading the BI function, acting as an internal consultant, through designing, developing, and maintaining the BI solutions across the company
- Acting as a person of contact to external stakeholders reporting and collaborating with investor relations and compliance
- Owning the data quality and integrity framework to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all BI platforms
- Providing mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the team
- Partner with technology and wider business to improve the data feeds within the data warehouse
- Proven hands-on experience with the end-to-end process of data within an analytics function
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong focus on service quality for end-users for internal and external stakeholders
- Having experience in banking is a plus, as well as any experience in finance
- The location of the role is suitable, you will need a driving license to commute
