Description
Our client, based in South West London
,is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor. Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation which provides support to over 1,800 people in 17 London boroughs.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is £31,992.30 per annum.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Advising and supporting managers on HR related issues and providing credible solutions
  • Case managing a high workload and appetite to proactively support and resolve ER cases (including disciplinarians, grievances, capability, and absence)
  • Manage an allocated caseload of employee relations cases for several managers ensuring that the records are regularly updated and learning shared
  • Interpret and advise on employment law issues with senior stakeholders
  • Confirm that accurate records of employee relations and employee changes are maintained with the HR Support Team and on the HR databases
  • Support the HR team with analysis of HR related performance and training information, such as absence, turnover and equality and diversity, for their patches
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and reports to support the team's performance against key performance indicators

Experience required:


  • Advising managers on policy and procedure
  • Able to develop strong relationships with colleagues, external contact and stakeholders

S kills, knowledge and expertiserequired:


  • Strong ER skills
  • Plan and organise work proactively and meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
