Our client, based in Tipton
, is currently recruiting for a
H R Advisor on a
remote basis with
occasional travel around Tipton on ad-hoc basis.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Leading on TUPE transfer and acting as a point of contact for related queries
  • Working with the business to maximise performance and minimise employee relation disputes
  • Managing employee relations caseload including sickness, disciplinary and grievances, providing advice and guidance to managers as necessary
  • Providing proactive HR advice and guidance to business managers and colleagues
  • Leading on change projects including redundancy and redeployment

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Led on TUPE project (500+ employees)


  • CIPD L

  • ER casework

Working hours:


  • 37 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
